ELLERchain self-locking swivel lock
Components for assembling grade 100 1, 2, and 4-legged lifting chains. The SSK variant is not rotating under load. All components are tested in accordance with the following tests:
- 100% tested on hairline fractures (Magnaflux crack detection)
- 100% tested on 2,5x WLL
- A fatigue test is performed per batch (1.5x WLL by 20000 cycles)
Specifications
- Grade 100: 25% higher working load than grade 80
- Components according to EN1677 (with higher working load)
- Operating temperature -29 to 205 °C
